Our cradle-to-cradle quality of artificial grass has a nice length of 40 mm and wonderfully soft because it’s nice and dense. It looks very attractive, you will not be able to resist the tendency to walk on it bare feet. The grass is so resilient you will feel like walking on air. What makes this type of artificial grass very special, is the 100% recyclability. Cradle to cradle means that all of the grass, including the fibres and the backing, can be reused to make new synthetic grass after its life span is over, which will take many years. To give Royal Grass’ softest and sustainable choice a name, we considered it should be called: EcoSense!

COLOURING

Royal Grass EcoSense is a beautiful summer green lawn turf, which fits in well with our climate, both in summer and winter. The mix of green and beige-coloured blades of grass lends it a natural appearance.  With a length of 40 mm, the artificial lawn look luxurious and well kept. Most importantly, it feels incredibly soft and resilient under your bare feet.

CRADLE-TO-CRADLE SYNTHETIC LAWN

You could see artificial grass as a sort of carpet. The artificial grass fibres are stitched into a tough backing and after that, fixed with a latex coating. With other kinds of artificial grasses, the product consists of materials that can only be used to recycle once, but not for making new artificial grass. But, with Royal Grass EcoSense we have designed a quality that is fully recyclable and can be used to make new synthetic grass. The reason is that EcoSense is made of 100% polyolefin matter in not only the grass fibres, but also in the backing and the coating for the backing that is used to fix the grass fibres.

These are the details that make EcoSense a 100% cradle-to-cradle quality after you have enjoyed it for many years. It can and will be reused for the production of new artificial grass. NATURAL LOOK AND FEEL

The unique feature of Royal Grass is the special V-shape of our fibres. This shape – which has been patented – makes the fibres stand up proudly. This fibre also stays upright longer than other blades of grass that don’t have this or any other shape. Our artificial grass fibres, like natural grass, have small nerves to reduce reflection to a minimum and make it look indistinguishable from real. The sturdy backbone of the fibres make the grass stand up for longer and give the grass a resilience that is incomparable.

To make Royal Grass artificial grass look as natural as possible, we continuously study natural grass. Since 2005, we are the first and only artificial grass manufacturer to produce the ‘V-shape’, inspired by nature. This is a lengthwise fold in each grass fibre, just like real grass.

MiNT technology

Our latest development is Micro Nerve Technology (MiNT). We integrated the micro veins running lengthways on grass fibres. To strongly reduce glare and make our artificial grass look as natural as possible!

The advantages of V-shape artificial grass fibres with MiNT technology

• The ‘backbone’ and the ideal angle of the V-shape result in grass blades that stay as upright as possible and keep it upright for a longer time compared to flat artificial grass fibres.
• Thanks to Micro Nerve Technology, the fibre has strongly reduced reflection, preventing the grass to have an ‘unrealistic and plastic look’.
